Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, and having lived in India, Bahrain, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, Sameer brings extensive international exposure. In addition to operating businesses in these countries, he has also worked across markets including Georgia. This global experience equips him with broad cultural and commercial insights, enabling a nuanced understanding of urban dynamics, market behavior, and the cultural pulse that shapes cities and their people.

Sameer hails from a family of real estate developers, which has provided early exposure to the industry and shaped his long-term perspective on property markets and development. Beyond real estate, Sameer's entrepreneurial journey includes scaffolding & formworks trading & contracting, powered access equipment solutions, a restaurant — and he is currently focused on building three startups each in advertising, Web3 + blockchain and artificial intelligence, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence.
